Does this sounds good? I don’t think so. If you really love your company, you’ll get some enthu to help your company to grow. Whatever your designation and whatever work you are doing…. It doesn’t matter. Think your company as your own. You cen feel the difference in your work.
Your efficiency will improve. Loyalty is very important in every place of your life. I feel We (Myself and Jane) are loyal to our company and we are working for both the side growth (Both our company and ourselves). Eventhough we are in different field, it matters.
One of my friends usually tell me to change my attitude. I feel very proud my company and I’m working for it. Because this is my first company (I joined as a fresher) and I’m getting paid average. We feel comfertable here. Any comments from your side?
This is a general question. But, it matter. Expecting your comments…..

this may not be your opinion if you were facing any discrimination in your company(racial or religious,…..).Especially the firms in middle east you will experience these type of discrimination and there the above quotes suits well….I am working as an Electrical Engineer in one of the well reputed Contracting company in saudi arabia.

It sounds good!!! Because the company does nothing to the employees!!only they sting the bloods of the workers.. and none of the BOSS thinks about tommorow…they want their work to be completed by the day and forgets the day what the employee had done..

Bravo Venkat!!! well said!! organization never thought abt employees and their growth!!! it always thinks and defines its process to suck and **** employees. Once they get its work done, they never hesitate to throw out employees. but, in most of the organization, process never rules.. mangers only are doing.. even they are ruling process too… Yep,they are thinking them-self as godfathers…
if you are a managers… you can love organization… b’cos you are the organization… if you are low level employee, actually u r not employee… just a slave… they may use to say ” you are part of organization or Organization family”.. but they never treat you as so…
they used to say “Don’t be a hard worker.. be a smart worker “.. smart workers means?? they may want to leak their A**!!!???
